Christmas 2011 & New year 2012
The times are as follows: Business as normal until Thurs 22nd/Fri 23rd of December, where 1pm is the latest time for orders on both days. We are closed until Wed 28th/Thurs 29th December, where again the all orders must be made prior to 1pm. We are closed on Friday December 30th. We return to normal business hours on Tuesday 2nd January 2012. A very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year from the staff at MyScooterParts & DropDedPeds.
Orders
Our set up much like Amazon and we choose to operate 100% online, in order that calls don't interfere with us getting orders out on time. This way enquiries are dealt with when time permits and do not take priority over customers orders.
As we offer over 50,000 parts, this also allows us time to reference information so the enquiry is dealt with correctly.
Please note that all orders are delivered via our courier service and as such it is a requirement that someone is available to sign for the delivery at your delivery address. If someone is not available to sign for the delivery our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange collection/redelivery of your order. If you do not contact our courier it will be returned to us and will require redelivery at your expense.

Shipping Details
We despatch goods to the UK, and to most worldwide destinations. All orders are delivered via our courier service and as such it is a requirement that someone is available to sign for the delivery at your delivery address. If someone is not available to sign for the delivery our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange collection/redelivery of your order. If you do not contact our courier it will be returned to us and will require redelivery at your expense. Orders received before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. (We cannot guarantee orders arrive the next day ). Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will arrive on the following Monday (apart from where Mondays are on a bank holiday).
NEW REDUCED SHIPPING COSTS - Apply 1st June 2009
Offering our customers a more comprehensive shipping cost structure.
We offer carriage free on all orders equal to and over £100 net.
Delivery charges are made on the following basis:
By POST on shipments up to 500gr = £3.50 + Vat.
By POST on shipments over 500gr up to 1000gr = £4.50 + Vat.
By COURIER on shipments over 1000gr up to 30kg = £5.95 + Vat
All UK shipment costs will be shown initially as £5.95 untill we have
packed and determined the actual shipment weight of your order. Any
shipment costs will be reduced on your invoice before your shipment is dispatched.

For technical enquiries or queries please contact the technical department.
Returns
NOTE - before returning any goods, you must please contact Myscooterparts.co.uk via e-mail to request an RMA number. We will then email you a returns form which you will need to complete and e-mail us back. Once this has been done you will be issued an RMA number and asked to post the goods back to the allocated postal address.
MSP PO.BOX - we strongly recommend that you check with your delivery company, that they will deliver to a PO BOX address. If in any doubt please use Royal Mail.
Goods will only be accepted for replacement/credit under the following conditions:
- The parts to be returned must in "new" condition, and the original packaging undamaged and sealed. The new part(s) must not have been fitted, used, damaged, or altered in any way, and the parts returned and with us within seven (7) working days of the RMA returns note being issued.
- Any correctly supplied goods returned to us will be subject to a 15% handling charge;
- The handling charge will be waived if you purchase a replacement part.
- Myscooterparts.co.uk will charge for return delivery of goods returned to the customer, if the goods are returned to Myscooterparts.co.uk without an RMA number.
Warranty on goods sold by Myscooterparts.co.uk are done so under manufacturers conditions. Goods are warranted for faulty manufacture only and the onus is on the purchaser to ensure the goods are fitted as per manufacturers instructions. Goods purchased from Myscooterparts.co.uk will, in most cases will require a reasonable level of technical expertise to ensure correct fitting. Special tools may also be required, and therefore it is highly recommended that goods purchased are fitted by a local dealer for you.
