Myscooterparts.co.uk prides itself in it's customer service and support. Please read the guide below to help you understand our services and procedures.

Christmas orders

Orders place before Christmas on 21st up until 1pm will be shipped that day (UK Mainland). We will endevour to send orders out as soon as possible over Christmas and New year.

Orders

MSP set up a system much like Amazon and choose to operate 100% online, in order that calls don't interfere with us getting orders out on time. This way enquiries are dealt with when time permits and do not take priority over customers orders. As we offer over 50,000 parts, this also allows us time to reference information so any enquiry is dealt with correctly.

Please note that all orders are delivered via our courier service and as such it is a requirement that someone is available to sign for the delivery at your delivery address. If someone is not available to sign for the delivery our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange collection/redelivery of your order. If you do not contact our courier it will be returned to us and will require redelivery at your expense.

For information about your current order progess, please contact the orders department.
